Milbemax Tasty Cat Dewormer Tablets – Tasty, broad-spectrum anthelmintic tablets for kittens, small cats and cats with a bodymass of 0,5 kg to more than 2 kg.

Indications:

• Treats and controls larval and adult stages of gastro-intestinal worms such as hookworms (Ancylos- toma tubaeforme) and roundworms (Toxocara cati and Tox- ascaris leonina).
• Treats and controls all stages of tapeworm infections (Dipylidium caninum, Joyeuxiella pasqualei, Tae- nia spp., Echinococcus spp. and Mesocestoides spp.)

Directions for use:

• Use only as directed.
• In kittens, small cats and cats weighing 0,5 kg to more than 2kg. The minimum recommended dose rate is 2 mg milbe- mycin oxime and 5 mg praziquantel per kg body mass, ad- ministered as a single oral dose. Kittens should be treated with Milbemax™ Tasty at the age of 6, 8, 10 and 12 weeks of age, then monthly up to 6 months of age.
• Adult cats should be treated 4 times a year.
• Nursing queens should be treated at the same time as their kittens.

• Milbemax™ Tasty may be administered at any time with or after food. For complete absorption, Milbemax™ Tasty can also be mixed into a portion of the daily ration or hid- den in pieces of meat. Where more than one cat is being treated, ensure that each pet is treated individually.

Depending on the body mass of the cat, practical dosing is as follows:

Composition:

For Kittens and Small Cats 0,5 kg to 2 kg: In a beef-flavoured tablet coating; Milbemycin oxime (mac- rocyclic lactone) 4 mg, praziquantel (isoquinolines) 10 mg. For Cats more than 2 kg: In a beef-flavoured tablet coating; Milbemycin oxime (macrocyclic lactone) 16 mg, praziquan- tel (isoquinolines) 40 mg.
